Broker Authorizes to Cancel/Withdraw Listing

This form serves as authorization from the Designated REALTOR®/Broker of the office that the Association is authorized to cancel/withdraw the listing that is input into the form.

The form also signifies that the Designated REALTOR®/Broker is aware that, through their MLS access, that they have the capability to cancel the listing themselves if they choose to do so.

Broker Authorizes to Release Listings

This form signifies that the Designated REALTOR®/Broker is authorizing that the agent/salesperson that is transferring may take their listings with them.

Please note that whenever completing a listing transfer form, you MUST have the listings’ primary Designated REALTOR®/Broker complete and sign this form before any listings can be transferred.

MLS Citation Review Request Form

Should you receive a Citation Notice in the MLS and wish to contest the Citation, you may, within twenty (20) calendar days of receipt of a Citation, request a review in accordance with the procedures found in the CDAR GPS MLS Citation Policy by completing and submitting this form to CDAR.

Failure to request a review in writing within twenty (20) calendar days of receipt of the Citation, according to these procedures, will result in the opportunity for a review being waived. A request for review will not be processed unless the violation at issue has been corrected

Request for MLS Exemption Under Certification of Nonuse

This form serves as a request for Multiple Listing Service Exemption Under Certification of Nonuse. As per our MLS rules, as follows:

Multiple Listing Service & Regulations, Section 5.1.6. Certification of Nonuse
Participants may be relieved from payment of Quarterly Participation Fee for any affiliated licensee by certifying to the MLS that a licensed person in the office in engaged solely in activities that do not require a real estate license (clerical, etc.), or that the licensee will not use the MLS or MLS Compilation in any way. In the event a licensee is found in violation of the nonuse certification, the Participant shall be subject to fees dating back to the date of the certification and may also be subject to any other sanction imposed of violation of the MLS rules including ultimately losing participation rights and access to the service.

Request to Add a Subdivision

The following form is used whenever an MLS subscriber wishes to have a development or subdivision be added into the MLS.

Please be aware that such requests are subject to approval by both the MLS Committee and the Board of Directors before they can be added.

Seller Instruction to Place Listing into CDAR Coming Soon Status

This form is used when the seller desires to have the property placed into the CDAR Coming Soon status and meets the criteria as laid out in the form.

This form must be signed by the seller in order to be considered valid.
