No, you can get a Supra eKEY any time after your account has been activated. For more information regarding Supra, please refer to the Supra page.
Once your REALTOR® membership has been activated, use the information CDAR provides in your welcome email to register. www.car.org
It usually takes two business days to confirm all information and active your membership.
No, we sell generic signs and brown & beige signs approved for HOA communities.
Yes, we offer education classes ranging from MLS trainings to license renewals.
Unfortunately, REALTOR dues are due at the time your membership application is submitted.
In order to join our association/MLS, your license must be hung with a broker that is a member with CDAR/MLS.
General Membership Meetings are free and only available for CDAR members to attend. Education courses and other events may have a fee for attendance. The fees will be noted on the flyer and website for members and non-members.
We do offer autopay for the quarterly MLS dues which you can set up on our website www.cdaronline.org. Please note that this can only be done with an open invoice.
Supra auto deducts monthly from a credit card you put on file with them for your eKEY service.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), cash, personal or company check.
