CDAR offers New Member Orientation to all new and returning members of the association. Due to COVID-19, all orientation sessions are being conducted by Zoom. We have also considerably truncated the session, where it begins at 9 AM and ends no later than 10:30 AM. We have designed the session to be informative and useful to your business. Orientation will include things that you need to be aware of, such as:
Prior to taking our New Member Orientation, you must also complete the NAR-required Code of Ethics online course. You must complete this course prior to attendance of Orientation so that you can be officially sworn in as a REALTOR® member. You must also watch two videos on Anti-Trust and Fair Housing. Remember, all members are required to complete or show proof of orientation within 120 days of the date of application.
