I am excited to present a proposed merger between the California Desert Association of REALTORS® and the Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS®, unanimously supported by both the CDAR Board of Directors and the Merger Task Force. This is a forward-looking step to strengthen what we already do well while expanding what we can offer. Our Palm Desert office and staff will remain in place, and members will continue to receive the services they rely on, along with access to additional tools, expanded MLS data through CRMLS, and cost savings for CDAR members. This decision will shape the future of our association, and it is important that every member is informed and participates. Review the information, attend the CDAR Town Hall on May 12 at 10:30 am, and vote between May 14 and May 21. This is the right step to move our association forward, and I am asking you to vote yes.
