Thank you for participating in the biggest CDAR event of 2024 – the Growth Forum & REALTOR® Recognition Night! This event will feature top-notch panelists and keynote speakers, special guests, and amazing fun surprises, gearing you up for the future of real estate! Here are a few items for you to know before you arrive tomorrow.
GROWTH FORUM EVENT INFORMATION:
- The CDAR Growth Forum check-in starts at 12:30 PM. Please arrive at the CDAR office (44475 Monterey Avenue, Palm Desert, CA) at this time for check-in
- Parking will be available in the mall next door. Both the North and South CDAR parking lots are unavailable as they are being used for the event all day
- The parking will be in the mall lot closest to the CDAR building. More information about parking and shuttle service is in the “Parking” section below
- When you arrive, check-in will be through the entrance on the south side of the CDAR building
- Once you arrive, you will be checked in and given a wristband. Please keep this wristband on at all times as it signifies your attendance at the event
- We strongly encourage you to visit the various Affiliate booths that will be set up around the building. You can interact with our Affiliate booths before the event (during check-in) and the breaks of the event. Your patronize with these booths is strongly encouraged!
- Light snacks will be provided at the event
- The event starts at 1 PM so please make sure you are in your seats at this time
- The event duration is 1 PM to 4 PM, with check-in at 12:30 PM

PARKING & SHUTTLE:
- Attendee parking will be available at the mall parking lot closest to the CDAR building
- To access this lot, when you are on Monterey heading towards 111, turn right onto Hahn Road (the road closest to the CDAR building). The lot will immediately be on the left-hand side once you turn down Hahn Road. (You can use the following map pin for the location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/W5ptRv5tBgeXfpQR9)
- A shuttle service will be taking members to the CDAR building
- The shuttle service is available from 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM
REALTOR® RECOGNITION NIGHT:
- You are welcome to stay for REALTOR® Recognition, which runs from 4 PM to 6 PM, and where we will be honoring our long-standing members and graduating the Leadership Academy class
- Parking for REALTOR® Recognition Night is the same as for Growth Forum (see information above)

- Food and drink will be available at the REALTOR® Recognition event
