With the NAR settlement on everyone’s mind and major deadlines approaching for changes, we know that our members will have burning questions. That’s why all CDAR REALTOR® members are encouraged to attend the Everything NAR Settlement meeting on Monday, July 29th from 10 AM to 11:30 AM. At this 90 minute meeting we will discuss everything happening through the NAR settlement, including form changes, MLS changes, and exactly what you need to know to prepare yourself and your business for the next steps in real estate.

Join CDAR on Friday, August 9th for a night of Bowling for Scholarship at Fantasy Lanes Bowling (84-245 Indio Springs Pkwy, Indio, CA 92203). From 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, rack up strikes and spares to raise money for the CDAR Scholarship Fund.
It’s just $30 per person to bowl, and price includes two hours of bowling and shoes. Space is limited (only 60 overall bowlers), and all proceeds go to the CDAR Scholarship Fund.
