ListTrac, Your Newest Member Benefit, Launching on October 8, 2024
CDAR is happy to announce that we will be providing ListTrac to CDAR REALTOR® and MLS members as an exclusive member benefit starting October 8, 2024. ListTrac is a tool that allows you to see how your listings are performing online in the MLS system and consumer sites, broker and agent websites, and different real estate portals. You’ll get web analytics and reporting for your listings, and so much more!
What does ListTrac do for me?
With ListTrac, you’ll get reporting, analytics, site network data, branding reporting and so much more. ListTrac gives you:
- A better understanding of the activity on your listings compared to similar listings
- Explains the impact of price changes or other updates to the listings by seeing how listing views change over time
- An understanding of how often your listings are being viewed, shared and saved
- An easy view into how many e-mail leads you receive from online sources
- Reporting so you can better understand the value received from your online marketing
- Feedback to you and your clients on how their listing is performing online, including a Seller’s Report that you can choose to send to the seller

ListTrac helps you keep track of your listings’ performance, with high-level analytics like:
- Performance metrics related to real estate marketing campaigns – online traffic, showings and open house activity

Where Can I Find Listtrac in the MLS?
Links to ListTrac can be found on the CDAR Dashboard and in the Menu dropdown in FLEXMLS (just search “ListTrac”). It will also be integrated into your listings directly in FLEXMLS! In the top left of your listing, you’ll see a link for ListTrac. Through this link, you’ll be able to get insight into your listing and so much more using this awesome member benefit!
