The MLS Rules and Regulations for the California Desert Association of REALTORS® applies to the Multiple Listing Service in use by the association. All MLS Subscribers and Participants must adhere to the guidelines set forth in the document to ensure that compliance standards are being met. These rules and regulations are regularly reviewed by the CDAR Multiple Listing Service committee and the Board of Directors in order to make changes and/or updates as required.

The purpose of this citation policy is to ensure the integrity of the MLS including the currency and accuracy of its information. Fines will be issued and processed in accordance with this Citation Policy. The citable offenses and fines are subject to change upon approval of the California Desert Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.
Review CDAR MLS Citation Policy
Any member who received a Citation in violation of the MLS Rules and Regulations may contest a Citation within twenty (20) calendar days of receipt of a Citation, and request a review in accordance with the procedures set forth in the MLS Citation Policy. Failure to request a review in writing within twenty (20) calendar days of receipt of the Citation, according to these procedures, will result in the opportunity for a review being waived. A request for review will not be processed unless the violation at issue has been corrected.
In order to contest the violation, you must complete the CDAR MLS Citation Review Request form and meet all guidelines found within. The form can be downloaded below and completed forms must be submitted to MLSViolations@CDAROnline.org
