The Bylaws of the California Desert Association of REALTORS® is a set of articles that details the rules and objectives of the association. These bylaws lay out general information about the association, be it the duties of the Association Executive or the responsibilities of our members. The Association reviews the bylaws annually in order to incorporate any mandated changes set forth by the California Association of REALTORS® or the National Association of REALTORS®, and in order to abide by any legal compliance required or make changes and/or updates as required.
The California Desert Association of REALTORS® adheres to a set of policies and procedures put forth by the CDAR Board of Directors. These policies cover everything related to CDAR, be it our committee structure, annual election policies, general membership meetings and installation. These are the policies that guide the association itself, and are to be adhered to by our membership and our staff.
