- Soon, a buyer’s agent will need to have a signed Buyer Representation Agreement prior to showing a property. Learn the form now so you will be ready when the rules change. We will also review the revised SPBB & CBC so you will know how to document Buyer Broker compensation.
- Review the temporary listing and buyer representation modification forms so older agreements can be modified to reflect the newer practices in the field.
