Duane Gomer License Renewal

Renew your real estate salesperson license the Duane Gomer way on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 from 10 AM to 1 PM. All students will receive 3 hours for each of the following courses “Agency, Ethics, Trust Funds, Fair Housing, Risk Management, Management and Supervision. Students with licenses expiring on or after January 1st, 2023 are required to complete the 3 hours Fair Housing course with “Interactive Component” along with the 2 hours Implicit Bias course. All students will also receive 15 hours for Property Management Success and 10 hours for Mortgage Lending Update for the Real Estate Professional
